1. Service Description: Saskatoon Tees offers specialized custom printing services for garments including T-shirts and sweatshirts. We utilize advanced printing technologies suitable for a variety of fabric types to cater to your unique design preferences.

2. Design Assistance and Revisions:

Free Design Assistance: We provide free assistance for basic design setups. Designs that require extensive time and resources will incur additional charges based on the complexity and time spent.
Revisions: Each order includes up to two free design revisions. Further revisions will incur a fee ranging from $5 to $25 per revision, as determined by the complexity of the changes requested.

3. Image Quality and File Submission:

File Quality: The quality of the final print is highly dependent on the quality of the file submitted by the customer. Saskatoon Tees is not responsible for the print quality if poor image files are provided. We encourage customers to submit high-resolution images to ensure the best possible outcome.

4. Color Variation Notice:

Please note that while we aim to be precise, the colours you see in our design mockups might not be a perfect match to the final product. This can happen due to differences in monitor settings, fabric types, and our printing methods. Rest assured, we always strive to get as close as possible to the colours in design.

5. Pricing and Payment Terms:

Pricing Variability: Prices vary based on the design’s size and colour complexity. Standard prices listed apply to designs up to 8.5x11 inches. A standard design is a graphic with some letters and numbers around. Additional charges will apply for full photo images, prints on multiple sides, or different garment areas.
Payment: Payments can be made using Interac e-Transfer. Full Payment is due at the time of placing the order. For purchase over $500 (pre-tax), a deposit of 80% is required when placing an order, with the remaining balance due upon order completion.

6. Turnaround and Delivery:

Turnaround Time: The completion time for orders depends on the size and complexity of the order. A completion estimate will be provided when the order is placed.
Free Local Delivery: Free delivery is available within Saskatoon every Saturday or Sunday, based on our staff's availability. The specific day of delivery will be confirmed after the order is completed.

7. Refund and Cancellation Policy:

Refunds: Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final. We cannot offer refunds or accept returns. Please ensure all details of your order are correct and meet your expectations before placing your order.
Cancellations: Orders cannot be cancelled once placed. We urge you to review all order details thoroughly before finalizing your purchase.

8. Machine Breakdown and Liability:

In the event of a machine breakdown or other production issues that prevent us from completing an order, we will notify the customer at the earliest opportunity to discuss potential delays or alternative solutions. Saskatoon Tees is not liable for any indirect or consequential losses due to order delays or non-fulfillment under any circumstances.

9. Branding and Care Instructions Clause: All t-shirts produced and supplied by Saskatoon Tees will feature our exclusive branding, which will be positioned inside each t-shirt. This branding signifies our commitment to quality and authenticity. Each t-shirt will include a label with care instructions to ensure the longevity and maintenance of the product. If you have any questions or need clarification regarding our branding or care instructions, please contact us prior to finalizing your order.

10. Intellectual Property Rights: Customers are responsible for ensuring they have the appropriate rights to use any logos, designs, or trademarks included in their orders. Saskatoon Tees is not liable for any infringement or legal issues resulting from unauthorized use of protected content.

11. Liability Disclaimer: Saskatoon Tees is not responsible for wear and tear or damage due to improper care or handling of printed garments. Care instructions are provided with each order to maximize product longevity.

12 Privacy Policy: We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal data. Information collected from customers is used solely for order processing and will not be shared with third parties without explicit consent, complying with applicable data protection laws.

13. Amendments: These terms and conditions may be amended periodically. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
